We will spend the first week getting to know each other, how the power of the brain is the answer to creating the life you REALLY WANT. 

To start, we will learn how stress effect your brain and how that unconsciously your judgement, decision-making, and reactions to life. With our Mindset Assessment and introduction to our foundational tool you will start training your brain.

IT'S NOT YOU, IT'S YOUR BRAIN

No one wakes up in the morning and says, "I want to be a real jerk today." And yet it happens. 

We'll talk about all things brain and why it is the answer to solving those unwanted habits that keep causing us to GET IN OUR OWN WAY.  We'll talk about why it takes Neuroscience and actionable tools to create long lasting and life long change. 

In just two weeks you will begin to see how stress is spinning behind the scenes and your unconscious brain is running your life.

Today everyone is about RESULTS, and that type of thinking breeds a "stressed mindset." What we know is that kind of mindset will eventually deplete you of energy and happiness. A ME MINDSET is a stressed, reactive, under-performing mindset. On the other hand, you'll learn how  to grow a WE MINDSET where they are empowered, level-headed, and performing consciously at their best. 

Name That Wire 

We all have wires, the trick is being aware of what your wire is and controlling it so that it serves you in the most positive way possible. Learn what wires are, how they're created, and how they can unconsciously run your life. These wires untamed cause a tug-of-war within creating friction throughout life. What do wires look like? Wires look like perfectionism,

self-sabotage, chronic anxiety, and negative energy become your habit to coping with life.

We are a team and together we work to be the best for each other. Experiencing stress together we learn how to endure the discomfort we

our brain habitually avoids. Having others to support, encourage, and hold you accountable is the best environment for your brain to embrace stress and the We Mindset. The old stories and labels you once turned to begin to dull leaving you with the capacity to influence others and situations in the best possible direction. Turmoil and conflict will lessen, calm and connection will grow in all areas of your life.
