A 4-Phase Process to
an Empowered Mindset
Equipped with a common understanding of the brain, a shared language of leadership, and effective tools that can be used in everyday life and especially in challenging moments, people and teams are able to change the way they interact with stress. Consistent practice together over time is what changes the old stress habit of the brain to the new Brain Savvy Habits of Superb Emotional Control, Clear Communication, and Great Decision-making, so that teams can accomplish what they set out to do.
We conduct an assessment and use the results to create a one-page Game Plan that becomes the “glue” for all learning and a benchmark for progress.
We offer three, 12-week
experiential classes to train the Brain Savvy Habits of:
SUPERB Emotional Control, CLEAR Communication, and GREAT Decision-making.
